PRECISION PROGRAMMING. I program our training sessions based on you. Everything we do is tailored to the person and their goals. Workouts will be provided on days we see each other and days that we don't.

DATA LEADERSHIP. Every workout is tracked and evaluated to understand the progress that has been made throughout a particular time frame.

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING. I would like to think of myself as a teacher of some sort. I've been able to help people understand why volume, exercise selection, certain movements, rest, recovery methods among other things, are beneficial for the body and how it can be implemented easily. Especially with a structured program.
